Delivery times are measured from the time your order is placed ("click to delivery"), not from the dispatch date.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day will begin processing the same day.
• Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

• Contiguous United States (48 states): All shipping options are available.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Standard Shipping only. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
• PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Delivery availability depends on package size and carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you within 1 business day to arrange an alternative solution or provide a full refund.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We work with trusted U.S. carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Shipping, to ensure efficient delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details are typically provided within 1 business day after dispatch.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at support@accumems.com.

Orders are shipped in secure protective packaging designed to keep your products safe during transit.

In some cases, depending on product size and fulfillment location, your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. This simply reflects the fulfillment network used to deliver your package as efficiently as possible.

To speed up delivery, items from the same order may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

You will never be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Free Cancellation Within 1 Hour

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment process.

After Fulfillment Begins

Because orders are processed quickly, they cannot be modified or cancelled once fulfillment has started. If you no longer need the item, you may return it in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy after delivery.

Address Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will cancel the order so you can place a new order with the correct address.

Once fulfillment has begun, we are unable to change the shipping address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we will contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping the package.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
