If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

- You change your mind within 30 days of delivery.
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in good condition.
- All original accessories, packaging, manuals, and included items should be returned whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- AccuMEMS covers return shipping costs.
- AccuMEMS covers replacement shipping costs.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
All AccuMEMS thermal imaging products purchased through authorized sales channels are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
