Refund policy

At AccuMEMS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a worry-free shopping experience.

We offer a free 30-day refund or replacement policy on all products purchased directly from our official website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The wrong item was received.
• The product does not function as described.
  
• You change of your mind within 30days.

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be returned in good condition.
• All original accessories, packaging, manuals, and included items should be returned whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, AccuMEMS will cover the reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the product so that we can provide return instructions or a prepaid return shipping label, where applicable.

For returns due to personal reasons, including but not limited to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

All AccuMEMS thermal imaging products purchased through authorized sales channels are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
