At AccuMEMS we know that you care about how the Personal Information we receive about you is used and shared, and we take the protection of your Personal Information seriously.
This Privacy Policy covers how Hangzhou Accumems Technology Co., Ltd., along with other affiliates are data controllers (“AccuMEMS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), treats Personal Information (as defined below) that AccuMEMS collects and receives through your use of AccuMEMS website or services provided by us through this website in accordance with applicable data privacy laws (collectively “Services”). In addition to this Privacy Policy, specific notices may be made available to you when you register or log in for specific services activities, or when we require your consent.
1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY
This website is intended for individuals aged 18 or older, or the minimum age required by applicable law (e.g., 13 years old according to the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. (2) When you use or request for customer or after-sales service, you may provide us your name, email address, mailing address, and/or serial number of your device or other information which we request, so that we can: (i) generate a work order to record the progress of your service request; (ii) identify your device model and accordingly customize our service, e.g., repair and replacement; (iii) contact you during the service process to: (a) better understand your needs and any of their causes; and (b) to inform you of the progress; (iv) deliver to you, as appropriate, your device or a replacement (if applicable); and (v) contact you after your needs have been met to survey your satisfaction with our service and improve our service.
We will process your personal data following the requirements of applicable laws on an appropriate legal basis, including:
- Processing your personal data to fulfill the contract when responding to a transaction or service request;
- Processing your personal data with your consent;

6. HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
As a global company, your personal data collected by AccuMEMS Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including China, where data protection laws may differ. This Privacy Policy may, from time to time, change. Such amendments might become necessary due to the need to keep the Privacy Policy up to date, given changes in AccuMEMS business practice or in response to legislative changes, and whether they are international or national changes, and may be made without prior notice.
